During this detoxification, it is essential to drink water or even cranberry juice. It is a natural detox drink that will help in taking out THC metabolites. Apart from water, to complete the jello and water detox method, make sure you have two large sports drinks (32-ounce), Creatine Monohydrate, multivitamin, and vitamin B2.
Step 1 – Stop Using Drugs
When you receive a notice about the urine drug test, stop consuming drugs immediately.
Step 2 – Two Days Before The Test
Two days before the urine test, drink a lot of water. Take it as much as you can as it will help detox your body naturally and flush the THC metabolites and dilute urine.
Step 3 – One Day Before The Test
