Why It’s Harder for Females to Pass a Drug Test?
Females face some additional challenges:
- You can’t hide your kit or fake urine sample as well as males.
- You’re more likely to experience anxiety[1] or show signs of nervousness.
That’s why I’ll focus on kits for females and give advice tailored for the gentler sex. But, if you’re a man, you can still extract some valuable information from this article. You just need to adapt my advice to your sex.
Supervised Drug Test: Monitored vs Directly Observed Collection
There are two subtypes of supervised drug tests:
- Monitored drug test
- Directly observed drug test
To pass a supervised drug test, you need to know the differences between the two and prepare accordingly.
1. Monitored Collection
During a monitored collection, the supervisor:
- Walks the donor to the restroom and secures the room so that no one else can enter
- Listens for the signs of tampering
- Is forbidden from watching the donor produce the sample
That last bit makes the biggest difference between monitored and directly observed collection. You may want to use it to your advantage. In case you catch your supervisor peeking, you can refuse to take the test without any consequences.
2. Directly Observed Collection

If you go for the cheaper option, it probably won’t be as convincing as it should be. Urine that’s likely to pass as the “real thing” is balanced for specific gravity and pH and contains the following ingredients:
- Urea
- Creatinine
- Uric acid
You can buy synthetic urine in online stores or even some pharmacies.
2. Another Person’s or Your Own Urine
Perhaps the best and cheapest option for passing urine tests is to use a friend’s or your own urine. This way, you’ll know for sure that it will at least look human and contain normal “ingredients”. But before you do, you may want to double-check that the urine doesn’t contain THC or traces of other drugs.
Natural Detox
Natural detox is legal but doesn’t offer a quick fix. It will take you a lot more time to remove THC or traces of other drugs from your system compared to other methods.

Diluting your urine with water may alter its appearance. To ensure it still looks normal, you need to take:
- Vitamin B to restore the natural color
- Electrolyte powder to keep your gravity level within the normal range
- Creatinine to increase it to normal levels
How to Hide Your Substitute Urine
1. Use a Special Device – Whizzinator

How to Ensure You Don’t Get Caught
To pass a drug test without anyone noticing you tampered with the results, follow these rules:
