Stinger Detox Review (2024) Does It Really Work?

stinger detox featured Stinger Detox products are another one of those total detox drinks that boast a lot of marketing hype across social media channels. In our experience, that often means that more money is spent on making the brand look good, rather than spending them coins on making it work – at least well enough to pass a drug test. However, because we did see some positive reviews from people in our Facebook groups, we thought it would only be fair to thoroughly review this instant detox product and see whether it really works.  Read on to find out information about our Stinger Detox review.

What Is Stinger Detox?

stinger productStinger Detox is a detox product that claims to be five times stronger than the competing products available.  The official marketing name is Stinger Buzz 5x Extra Strength Liquid. A mouthful, isn’t it? After all, that kind of hype-talk usually makes detox products sound all the more suspicious.  If you’re going to be making bold statements like that, then at least you have to back them up by choosing the right ingredients, pinpointing the dosage, and hopefully being able to deliver the expected results.  Based on the company website, using Stinger Detox is supposed to be an effective way for your body to remove toxins in a completely natural way. Of course, that is done through your kidneys and liver, which would later get flushed out through your pee.  And with a name like Stinger Buzz 5x Extra Strength, you would think that they are secretly targeting people who have recently enjoyed a bit of a herbal buzz and need to pass a drug test sometime soon. So, let’s take a closer look at the detox drink formula

Stinger Detox Buzz Ingredients

stinger ingredients We put our research caps on for this Stinger Detox review and examined some studies to back up the chosen ingredients.  Here’s what we found.

1 – L-Taurine

There is plenty of evidence of taurine having detox properties, and one study seemed to successfully tie a link to specific toxins [1]. But if it really is so specific, then I’m not convinced that this herb would have positive effects on drug tests.
“Taurine is popular in the health community for its potential to help stimulate metabolism. Some early research also suggests that taurine has additional benefits in the body, such as protecting the brain, heart, and immune system.” – Jon Johnson, Health and nutrition writer.

2 – Methylsulfonylmethane

Let’s just call it MSM, shall we? I’m not nerdy enough to figure out how to pronounce it anyway.  From the studies we looked at, MSM does seem to be a good ingredient that may help your body’s cells to release toxins more easily [2].

3 – D-Ribose

We couldn’t figure out why this is included, as we didn’t find conclusive evidence that it might help with detox. It seems to be more suitable to boost energy levels.

4 – L-Lysine

This ingredient hasn’t been fully proven to help release toxins. It seems to be more suitable to help cell repair and weight loss.  Not sure your weight will help you pass your drug tests anyway.

5 – Niacin

There is some evidence that this ingredient may help to release toxins from fatty tissue, which could possibly work as a drug toxin cleanser [3]. Now, the claim is that it’s five times stronger than other detox products.  Here’s what I have to say about that.  The total volume of active ingredients is 600 mg. But you don’t get any details on an individual ingredient basis, because the company has chosen to hide behind a proprietary blend. Curious indeed. For all we know, the quantity of the most effective substances in Stinger Detox could be insignificant to cause actual results. Considering the results we got from our own Stinger Buzz Detox 5x test, that may just be the case. Nevertheless, I did a bit of research to be able to answer the question “does niacin work for passing drug tests,” be sure to check it out. Related Reviews:

How Does Stinger Detox Work?

woman blending fruitsAccording to the company website, the Stinger Detox works by stimulating your metabolism into processing more toxins in a short period of time.  What this means is that it makes your kidneys and liver process more of the drug evidence, which is later flushed out in your pee.  It’s a simple concept for succeeding your upcoming drug test. But Stinger Detox could cause your pee to become too diluted, which would also trigger a positive drug test result or request for a retest.  Other products would solve that with some creatine, but that’s one thing missing in this product.  Related Reviews:

How Do You Use Stinger Detox Products?

The Stinger Detox instructions are easy to follow.  We’ve broken it down into these steps that would be standard for basically all detox drinks like Stinger instant detox.
  1. Stay clean for at least 48 hours before a drug test
  2. Avoid milk and dairy products in general on the day
  3. Shake the bottle
  4. Drink the entire bottle
  5. Refill the bottle four times and drink within 30 minutes
  6. Best results are apparently achieved after 60 to 90 minutes
The important thing about the instructions is that you refill the bottle with water and drink 32 ounces of water within half an hour. This is what ought to help you get more drug evidence removed in a short period of time.  Another important thing to mention is that this Stinger Detox 5X is not a permanent solution. The system will temporarily reduce the evidence. In fact, the following day, you’re most likely to fail the home test with Stinger Detox.

Does Stinger Instant Detox Work To Pass A Home Drug Test?

stinger drugtestThat’s always the big question and the favorite part of our research. Over a weekend, we did some moderate weed smoking and then waited 48 hours before following the Stinger Buzz 5x Extra Strength blend’s instructions.  Just like with other products, we followed each step as recommended and then went through a home drug test three times.  The first time was after 90 minutes, the second after 2 hours, and then the last time we did it after 3 hours.  We kept drinking a bit of water for the first 60 minutes, but then stopped to avoid diluting the urine too much. Again, make sure not to drink dairy products too. So, what do you think Stinger Detox’s products result was? The first drug test came back positive. And the other two came back as diluted, meaning that there probably wasn’t enough creatinine in the urine.  Overall, that’s a poor detox result, one which you wouldn’t want to rely on. Plainly put, Stinger Detox wasn’t all that great.

FAQ

How long do Stinger detox last?

Stinger instant detox drink claims to last up to 5 hours for the instant Stinger detox range. Depending on whether you take the regular strength or 5x one, this could also vary a bit, with some reports find that it may last only for about two hours.

Is Stinger detox sold in stores?

No, Stinger detox isn’t sold in stores and is only officially available on the company website. Some herbal stores may have it in stock, but you would want to make sure that they are a trusted source as there are many fake detox products out there.

Should You Use Stinger Detox For A Urine Test?

Based on our research, testing, and the customer reviews we have read, our conclusion is that we wouldn’t recommend Stinger Detox.  We just got too many failed or flagged tests, even after a moderate session of weed smoking. A much better option that we use on a regular basis is Clear Choice Rescue Cleanse. This brand has become a trusted product, and from our reader’s feedback, it remains one of the most reliable options in today’s detox market. Rescue Cleanse certainly beats Stinger detox drink because our urine test kept coming back negative on drugs. NEW Coupon Rescure Cleanse Clear Choice CTA
