Advanced Detox Solutions Immediate Cleanser has been one of our most requested test products in the last couple of months.
Our readers seem to be seeing advertising for it a lot more often, so we said we’d put it through our usual testing process.
Unfortunately, these types of hyped up detox drinks tend to be less effective. But because the makers have been around for such a long time, we decided to reserve judgment until we had some real results.
Here’s what our research revealed.
What Is Advanced Detox Solutions?
The product claims to be a total body detoxification drink that works in less than an hour.
The manufacturer makes a lot of different strength products to suit mild toxin exposure all the way up to severe pollutant levels and larger body mass.
Most of the products are based on herbal ingredients and vitamins that may trigger a more efficient detoxification process for a full body cleanse.
They also claim to have products that are suitable for creating general wellness programs, which really makes it all sound more like an option to support a diet and boost your energy levels.
Now, I have to mention that they don’t specifically advertise it as a solution for passing drug tests. But given the advertising locations we’ve noticed in the herbal space, that kind of would be hinted at.
Apparently, they have over 1 million happy customers, but the big question is what those people’s goals were.
Let’s look at what’s in it.
This is where the alarm bells started to go off for us.
The company makes a big deal out of the fact that they use a proprietary blend of herbs. The only specific items we could find anywhere in the documentation are creatine and sugar.
Lots of sugar, actually.
The Proprietary Formula Problem
Now, I wouldn’t go as far as saying that they are using some sort of dodgy chemicals that they want to hide from the public. But knowing what kind of plants are being used would normally allow us to figure out if scientific research would suggest that it might work well.
See, there are many herbal substances that have been proven to trigger liver and kidney responses that flush out toxic stuff fast.
But these herbal substances are often not cheap, and they need to be included in a strong enough dose.
So, this is a big negative for us.
Why Creatine And Sugar?
Creatine is actually a good thing to include.
Your body constantly uses it and produces creatinine that is flushed out in your pee .
During a drug test, the lab will check the creatinine levels. And if these are too low, then it could trigger failed test results.
“Healthy kidneys remove creatinine from the blood, and it leaves the body in urine.” - Rose Wilson, Registered Nutritionist
Apparently, they’ve added the sugar to boost your energy, which could drop during detox . I think it’s more to make it tasty, to be honest.
How Does It Work?
This is where the information is again a bit shady. Because there’s nothing published about what's really in it, you only get some general statements.
Apparently, the chosen herbal formulation in this detox solution product should make your liver and kidneys work harder.
That should help to filter out more toxins, including those like THC. As your body filters them out faster, it should result in your bladder containing less evidence of drugs.
The creatine should help to bring up the creatinine levels a bit so that it doesn’t trigger a diluted sample warning.
Now let’s look at how to take it.

- Zydot Ultimate Blend Review
- Omni Cleanse Review
How Do You Take It?
The two options available are the Immediate Cleanse, which comes in a 16 fl oz bottle and the Ultimate Cleanse, which comes as 32 ounces.
The instructions for the cleanse are the same with both of them.
- Avoid any drugs, including THC for 3 days
- Consume plenty of water on the days before the detox
- Drink the full bottle on an empty stomach
- Refill the bottle with water and drink within half an hour
You’ll need to pee quite frequently after this as your body flushes out the toxins. Apparently, it should work within about 60 to 90 minutes, which is the time frame we used for our test.
More on that shortly.
So, if you’re heading for a piss test, then technically, you’d want to take the detox solution about an hour before you have to leave your home.
Whether that’s enough time and if it’s strong enough to make a difference is what we took a look at next.
Does It Work?
We always use the same process to test out these detoxes rather than rely on customer reviews.
The process involves choosing a day after a suitable party weekend and then following the directions as recommended.
With the help of some home drug tests, we then see how many tests will pass and fail.
So, what did we find out?
Unfortunately, this didn’t quite hit our expectations.
Out of 4 test kits, 2 of them failed, and 1 came up as a diluted sample. That’s a pretty poor rate and not a chance you’d want to take.
That’s probably why many people in forums have posted mixed comments, even when following the instructions.
How long does it take for Advanced Detox to work?
It takes about 1 hour for it to work. The description says that peak detox should last for about an hour, which means that there should be a clean urine window, but our testing has shown this to not be accurate advice.
How long does Advanced Detox last?
It claims to last for up to 5 hours, with the peak toxin removal from your system being between 60 and 120 minutes. Some people have reported that if you do it more regularly that it may last longer.
What’s Your Best Alternative?
When it comes to body toxin elimination, we still think the best option is Clear Choice Rescue Cleanse. It just seems to source the right quality ingredient list to actually trigger a strong enough response in the body.
Our readers have also reported it to be the most reliable option for standard urine testing. We’ve done an in-depth review of it that might help you make the right decision as well.
