Three men are facing serious drug charges after a search warrant was carried out at a home in Ville Platte, Louisiana, authorities confirmed.
In a statement from the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office, officials revealed that their Criminal Patrol and Narcotics Unit, with support from the Allen Parish SWAT team, executed the operation on West Wilson Street following an extended narcotics investigation within the city.
The search led to the arrest of Lee Gallow, Marcus Garrison, and Christopher Washington. Gallow faces multiple charges, including possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, cocaine, crack cocaine, hydrocodone, and promethazine, as well as illegal weapon possession.
Garrison and Washington were both charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, cocaine, and crack cocaine.
During the operation, investigators seized nearly a kilogram of cocaine, over 870 grams of methamphetamines, 23 grams of crack cocaine, along with prescription drugs and promethazine.
This bust marks a significant step in ongoing efforts to curb drug activity in Ville Platte, showcasing law enforcement’s commitment to dismantling the local narcotics trade.
