A high-speed pursuit through Roseburg culminated in the arrest of 50-year-old Glenn Gearhart from Bell Gardens, California, as part of a sweeping drug trafficking investigation.

Gearhart, with a history of violence and decades spent in the California prison system, was reportedly distributing methamphetamine and fentanyl in the Roseburg area.

On October 18, Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team (DINT) detectives served a search warrant for Gearhart and his Winchester residence on Page Road.

As authorities approached, Gearhart attempted to flee in a Jeep Cherokee, igniting a dangerous chase through North Roseburg.

The pursuit ended after law enforcement pinned his vehicle, leading to a brief standoff. Gearhart was arrested without further resistance.

A search of Gearhart’s vehicle revealed multiple firearms, including a stolen Glock from Los Angeles and a short-barreled shotgun. Detectives also seized a substantial amount of cash.

At his residence, authorities discovered over a pound of suspected fentanyl, 1.6 pounds of methamphetamine, cocaine, alprazolam (commonly known as Xanax), and psilocybin mushrooms.

Gearhart now faces a litany of charges, ranging from felony drug trafficking to firearms violations.

During the search, 34-year-old Hannah Fallert, found at the residence, was also arrested on charges of drug possession and distribution near a school.

The investigation remains ongoing, with authorities examining Gearhart’s possible ties to a local overdose death.
